CsiriMobi
Mobile app for maintenance of completed schedules, holiday hunting and preference bidding
CsiriMobi allows operators to access familiar scheduling management functions from home.
In the app:
- They can view and maintain their shifts.
- They can request time off or overtime.
- Set their shift start preferences.
Labour rules are also checked here, just as they are on the CsiriBiri web interface.
The native application supports multiple types of logins:
- Name/Password.
- QR code, linked from the web interface.
- With external (SSO) authentication.
Login with QR code
CsiriMobi offers a quick login option with QR code scanning.
By scanning the QR code on the CsiriBiri web interface with the mobile app, the two apps are linked and you are instantly logged in
General information
After logging in, the app shows you the most important daily information:
- Today’s breaks.
- Schedule for the next days.
- Status of annual holidays.
- Annual exchanges.
My schedule and its maintenance
In the My schedule window, you can query your schedule for any period and get detailed information about it.
Here you can:
- “Sell” shifts.
- Swap shifts with other employees.
- Request overtime.
You can check your previous exchanges in the Shift swap overview window. Whether you have initiated or accepted an exchange, it will be displayed here.
Holiday hunting
Employees can use their annual leave quota to submit their leave requests themselves, based on the rules set by the employer (e.g. minimum and maximum number of employees per day/month).
The module simplifies the process:
- The user selects the desired day.
- The system will indicate if the day is full or if there is a conflict.
- The leave request is processed or queued according to the rules set.
Preference bidding
CsiriMobi allows workers to specify in advance which days and shifts they would like to work.
For each scheduling period, the employee receives a fixed number of points, which they can distribute among the desired shift starts. The amount of points may vary from one worker to another (e.g. based on ratings, performance).
On the bidding interface:
- The number of days in the scheduling period is displayed.
- The number of scheduled shifts is displayed.
- The number of bids and the available point limit are shown.
It is also possible to bid for rest days.
Any day off can be marked as a rest day, which reduces the chances of the employee being assigned to that day. Bids for rest days are also charged to the monthly points limit.
